You should have all by now received your 2010 launch pack, which I hope you found interesting reading and the construction of the U-Sure Moneybox was not too taxing.

As per my letter to you, which brought our new system to the forefront of our 2010 plan, we wanted to reiterate the benefits of the system upgrade and some of the results that it brings to your business operation, these include:

* Faster policy issue, schedules and policy wording being received by you within hours of submission
* More detailed policy documentation enabling a clients better understanding of the policy terms
* Reduced administration for you, no more chasing residential proposal forms
* The option of electronic only policy documentation
* A more broker friendly statement of fact available through the website

With our continued ambition to provide a professional, personal and punctual service along with our extensive product range we hope that you get to see the business results for yourselves in the coming weeks and months.

New System 2010

Further to our recent correspondence, we are thrilled to announce that our new online system has now been launched. With immediate effect, our statement of fact facility now caters for all risks (excluding unoccupied commercial). We hope that this change to our procedure reduces the amount of time you spent on administration.

Due to the severe weather conditions across the United Kingdom, our claims department (DMS) are currently experiencing very high volumes of incoming new claims.

We will endeavour to respond to your claim as soon as possible but please be advised that the current turnaround time is forty-eight hours.
