Renewals

Due to our current system changes our Renewals Department are experiencing delays and will not be issuing February renewal documents until week beginning February 16th 2012.
We will be sending all documentation to you via email. As we are now issuing automatic renewals we will require your client to inform you if they do not wish to proceed with cover and yourselves to inform us with 14 days of the renewal date if they wish for the policy to be lapsed.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Launch of our new system

We are pleased to announce that our long awaited Full Cycle EDI system is nearing its launch and will be with you in the coming weeks.
The system will enable you to quote risks far more quickly and easily, incept cover online, renew online and much more...
In order for the launch to go as smoothly as anticipated we are required to perform a 'data dump' from our old systems into our new.
All procedures will continue as normal but documents will be issued slightly later than usual.
We will be beginning the process on Thursday 5th January 2012 at 12pm.
We foresee the whole process taking around 3 working days and we will be up and running as normal there after so would much appreciate your patients during this time.

Automatic Renewals

As a result of the overwhelming feedback that we have recieved from yourselves, we are happy to confirm that from the 1st January 2012 we will be issuing Automatic Renewals for all client policies.
If you do not wish to proceed with the cover all we ask is that you inform our Renewals Administrator, Ms Jenny Vickery, via email, telephone or fax before the renewal date.

Our 14 days cooling off period will still apply to all renewed policies.

Riot Damage Insurance Claims

Riot Damage Insurance Claims
For clients who have a tenanted property that is currently insured with U-SURE and has suffered damage from the current spate of rioting are urged to urgently report any claims to our claims department on 0844 856 2088 within 7 days in order to recover their losses.
Damage must also be reported to the police and a crime reference obtained. Clients would be urged to notify the policy that they intend to make a claim under the Riots (Damages) Act.
